New Year 7 Admissions
Welcome to our school
Each year we look forward to welcoming our new Year 7 students and their parents to our school community.
If you have applied for our school, you will find out if you have successfully got a space on Monday 2nd March 2026.
After this date, we will then contact you by email giving you the next steps to take and what you need to complete.
This year we will be using a new online portal for unrolling students called Admissions+
We will email you with a welcome email and give you log in details for you to access this and provide us with all the information we need to enrol your child.
Please make sure you complete all sections and also read and consent to our school policies.

Timeline
02/03/26 - Allocation Day
24/03/26 - Year 6 Coffee & cake Evening – Details will be emailed to you.
April/May – Year 6 students will be invited to school club taster sessions.
29/04/26 - Meet the Tutor Evening
30/06/26-01/07/26 - Transition Days / Taster Days.
We will also add other events in the coming weeks.
Q&A's
What if I don't want to accept the space?
If you wish to decline the space at our school, please follow the instructions in your offer letter from East Sussex County Council and contact them.
Am I able to appeal the allocation?
Yes, again, refer to the information County has supplied you. We as a school can do nothing at this stage for you as they would need to arrange this.
When will I get information from the Turing School?
We will email all parents during the week commencing Mon 02/03 to Friday 06/03. We will email you log in details for our admissions portal, where you will be asked to complete all your children's details. This needs to be actioned by Monday 16/03/26.
I struggle with online tasks, can I do a paper admissions form instead?
Please contact us at tts-office@swale.at if you have any problems accessing and completing the form online. We can offer extra support and may be able to arrange a paper admissions form depending on circumstances.
