After a long drive, students were led on a tour of the beautiful buildings and gardens, received a free lunch in their majestic hall, then met students and got to talk about life at university.

We'd like to thank the students and staff in Oxford for giving their time to accommodate our students and making them feel so welcome.

They took part in a series of workshops as well as a full guided tour of the site.

More trips will be planned for Year 7 throughout their first year here at secondary school as well as exciting end of year trips which we have planned.

Well done to all you who took part in this trip, staff at Battle Abbey commented on how well behaved and respectful they all were.

The service operates across the county and offers tuition-led individual music lessons during school time to students wishing to take up an instrument.

This service is funded by the parents but at a reduced rate. 

For students wishing to investigate more, they should speak to Mr Thompson head of Music for more information.

The project led by Miss Sangster, one of our Science teachers. This has seen us send supplies to 2 lovely schools with limited funding.

Good Shepherd Central School, Kollaka Kerala and St Peter's School, Muranpur have received reading books and also some of our older science equipment, which they have been greatly thankful for.  It is so nice to see items getting a new lease of life in another country where they can be used to educate a whole new generation of students.
